Here at Evolve we have brought diverse disciplines together into one training facility that means skills, good health, enjoyable leisure time and a strong sense of community.
Homegrown in Manchester Evolve has been borne out of a need for leisure facilities to morph into places where individuals and groups can develop and express themselves without the rigidity of machinery and confinements of conventional exercise.
Evolve is based around Martial Arts, Parkour, Acro Skills and Military Training and we offer over 20 hours of structured sessions each week plus focus workshops that home in on specific aspects of what we do, such as traditional aspects of the martial arts we study and teach here.
As evolve progresses we aim to keep pushing the boundaries of skills, fitness and determination to bring the most cutting edge and diverse sports, activities and styles together for fitness, personal development and physical and mental focus.
