Power Plate:
Power Plate reduces cellulite, increases fat burning, and tones your whole body in 25 minutes.

Pole Dancing:
A fun and sexy workout that burns on average 350 calories and sculpts the whole body. Cutting edge classes for all fitness abilities.

Power plate classes:
run every half an hour on the hour and half past.
Pole dancing classes:
3pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm Monday- Thursday
3pm,5pm and 6pm Friday and Saturday at 11am.
