Please find below a break down of the terms and conditions to be followed with a Key for the City card.

Key for the City members offers may not be valid in conjunction with any other special offers, sales and events the individual establishments may already have in place.

Key for the City cards are non transferable and may only be used by the card holder (person named on the front of card). Proof of Id may be required. Any card found to be fraudulently used will be confiscated.

To avoid any disappointment please check all offers carefully. Restrictions may apply on certain days and times, (including Bank holidays, mothers day, fathers day and the Christmas and New Year period.) Always quote Key for the City when confirming the availability of establishments, as this will avoid any unnecessary disappointment.

Pre booking is essential at some of the establishments; failure to do so may result in offers becoming invalid. To avoid disappointment please contact the establishment before your arrival to check availability.

For establishments where pre booking is not essential ensure you show your card upon arrival and again on paying the bill to avoid confusion, the offer may be invalid if you fail to do so.

Many of our establishments have first time offers in place. Establishments will simply mark off their corresponding number block on the reverse of your card to verify your first time offer has been used.

For groups of more than one, only one bill will be totaled to the card holder. If the offer is valid for up to 4 people, anybody else within the group will be billed separately.

The manager of each establishment has the right to refuse any Key for the City member within good reason (i.e. Failing to produce ID, failing to pre book if stated essential).

All information within this site is accurate on 01/05/2011, new offers are being added weekly and other information and offer availability may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Key for the City Limited cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies in information contained on this website or in the handbook.

In the event your card is lost or stolen, cards will be replaced, a fee of £3 will be payable to cover cost of card, postage and packaging. Handbooks will not be replaced if lost, however information on all offers can be found on this website www.keyforthecity.co.uk

Key for the city memberships are non-refundable
